Sticky blocks?

I need a little bit of help here...

I ordered this from RPI C5 Underhood Mirror

As it states it came with the 3M Adhesive, two sets of sticky block things and then the little pen where you crush the dot.

Well both have failed me and I need to know where I should go to find some new sticky blocks. Or at least something so I can get it to stay up there.

Is this something I can get at just any store?

You can buy the Gm double stick tape at any auto parts store.

I meant 3M tape not GM tape ,it comes in a roll with the outer peel off side in red.

Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH Velcro. I use for lots of stuff.
