Woke up early today and washed the car preparing for the ride home from my summer place. Must have gotten water in the passanger side DRL/Turnsignal and blew the bulb. No problem changed it a few times already. I put the leadlights on and went throught the hole in the right side. The da*m bulb wouldn't come out, so the bulb broke. Because the headlights were up there was still power to the bulb, I ended up getting a little burn on my finger. I had to pry the bulb base out of the socket with a screw driver, but first I had to touch the filament with the screw driver and cause a micro mini fireworks show. I put the new bulb in and all worked, until I shut off the headlights and they didn't close. The lights work fine, the just won't close. Then I notice the fogs don't work. So I closed the hood, figuring I'd work on the problem when I got home and then the latch on the passanger side wouldn't catch. After working on that for a half hour, it closed.
When I get home, the wife gets out of the car and tells me the hood is not latched on the passanger side, plus I know that the lights still don't close.
I checked all the fuses and their all ok. Is it possibly a relay? Can anyone lead me in the right direction on how to fix this thing?
Thanks in advance.

It's all fixed. I looked back in the old posts and found a suggestion to check the #6 fuse inside the passenger footwell. The fuse decription has nothing to do with headlights and in true Corvette fashion, it worked. I don't remember who posted th solution, but thanks any way.
