What a night i had. Well i was thinking about the vette all day at work, just wondering what the hell is the problem!? So i finally get home and put my gear away, dont even kiss the wife and say hello. I read the last posts you put up and get to work. I open the passenger door and rip at the carpet and try and get to the fuse box at the pass. feet. Low and behold, someone has decided to make the inner door jam their home. A black widow about the size of a quarter is staring right at me, i try and smash it but no luck. It moves further in towards the inner fender, even harder to reach. I have a huge-mungous fear of spiders, mega-arachnophobia. So of course the job stops right there. Meanwhile, its almost 11pm and our shoppette doesnt have any bug spray, drive down to wal-mart, just closed. Head over to walgreens (The Wall) and sure enough, theyve got some. Head back home and spray that little bastard straight back to hell. Now that the big bad evil spider is dead, i can get back to work. The #6 fuse is alright. Checked the 8,9,10 again under the hood and theres the problem. the pass. side low beam was burned out, replaced it back to normal.

BTW, Call me a huge wuss all you guys want. Id rather go back to Basrah, Iraq and get rockets and mortars during the uprising again than to have any spider anywhere near me.

 

Glad you found the problem. The thing about spiders once you have seen one, whenever you feel the least little thing you think its the spider or one of its relatives.
