But the thrill didn’t last long and “Out The Door She Went” . My Buddy just bought this 2004 SRT 10 and kept it at my place for a few days while he found a place to store it while he’s back in Saudi Arabia. It’s fun and defiantly gets the looks. If you’re not careful, it would really like to get sideways on you. It sure is a tight fit (I’m 5’10” @ 175lbs) and a pair of driving shoes would help as when you have one foot on the clutch it’s hard to hit the brakes without the gas (good for toe/heel driving I suppose). I also burned my leg getting out on the rocker panel as that’s were the exhaust is. It was fun but for the money I’d rather add more ponies to the FRC and have a car that’s both comfortable and tenacious.
The Viper is like a stripper, a ride is nice but she's not the keeper you take home to Mom.
I'm in love with a stripper, uh humm, I mean Vipe...mmm Corvette. If I even have the chance, I will trade the vette for a viper. They are just mean looking, and I don't care for the less confort stuff it has or doesn't have.
The Viper is an Awesome Sports car, but it is NO daily driver!!!! I know not all C5s are DD but my Z06 is!!! I have been in plenty of Vipers to know its not crazy comfortable... I love my Vette!!!
