Cray Chrome Scorpion Wheels $$$$????
Hey guys. As a relatively new Vette owner, I seem to have many questions. Does anyone know what a fair price is for Cray Chrome Scorpion wheels?? I've been quoted $2200, including mounting and balancing, with the sensors. Is this a fair price? Thanks a bunch.

Tom, we are probably going to need a little more information in order to give you a reasonable opinion. What year C5? TPM's in the early years are close to double the price of the later years of the C5 run. What size wheels? Stock sizes or +1, +2 and what width wheels?
I will tell you that just today I was looking at Cray Scorpions on East Coast Corvette's web site and was impressed by the prices. They are forum sponsors and from what I seen over the last few years they get some good reviews from the members. Here's a link to their site and the Cray Scorpions.

01-04 sensors can be purchased for less than $200.As stated, earlier years are much more.
Your price sounds high by quite a bit.

I bought my Cray scorpians from Discount Tire. NOBODY will beat there price because the OWN Cray mfg. I have to tell you these wheels are first class quality throughout. Even the fricken boxes they came in are high quality. I know because my first purchase was zo6 replicas, and they were nothing but problems. I'm thankfull I purchased them from Discount because they eventually took them back,.....thus the Crays. Maybe they gave me a deal because of the MAJOR inconvience I experienced with the zo6 CRAP wheels. The price was $1200. dollars all four in stock sizes. Plus mounting etc. I LOVE MY CRAYS!!!
