Default Ruff Chrome 278 R's

I've found a really nice deal on a set of Ruff 278 R's, chrome, 18's & 19's. I've also searched out Ruff 278's and read everything I could find. I understand that they are heavier (stock front - 18lbs, rear - 20lbs, Ruff 18 - 23lbs & 19 - 29lbs).

The questions to those running these wheels are these:

1) Did you notice any discernible difference in acceleration, handling, etc. that you would associate with the increased weight?

2) How is the chrome on your wheels holding up, any particular "problem" areas?

BTW, my suspension is C6 Z06 sways, links, & shocks and C5 Z06 springs lowered on stock bolts (no cutting done). Thanks in advance for the input.

The weight difference is not noticable, I have the 280's from ruff racing and have not noticed any difference except people's faces when they see my wheels. Mine are the polished lip so I cant answer the chrome question. Great product, especially for the price
