Default new mods and a dyno tune?

i picked up a used c5 about two months ago stock except for a varaam cai. i had kooks long tubes and corsa indy exhaust installed, sound is awesome. i dropped the car off at vette doctors for a tune up and 4.10 gears, they will dyno tune the car for me on tuesday. what kind of rwhp do you guys think i will get ? first time at vette doctors and i am impressed with shop and with carmen and dennis, the place is super clean and packed with some cool looking vettes.

With 4.10's I'm guessing it is a manual. With a CAI and Full Exhaust I would predict 340 HP and 355 TQ.

I'm gonna guess 332 hp. The 4.10s will gobble up a bit of the power you show on the dyno. Let us know what you end up with.

A friend of mine with similar mods put down 352 rwhp and 358 tq. He has stock gearing though. His torque curve didn't show up on this scanned image.

361 HP and 341 rwt is my guess

Your performance will be better with the car moving on the road because the vararam needs air pushed into it.

The fan on the dyno just can't push enough air to maximize the performance of a vararam vs. the car going down the road 50 mph+

Keep us posted

Great numbers and glad to hear you went to the best Sorry you didn't go with ARH's, but you have a great combo which is showing great numbers, but more importantly great performance

Now take a ride this Saturday to Englishtown and let's see what she does at the track Carmen and crew will be there hosting the Pro 11.5 Index and shaking down Billy's new beast. PM me for details if interested.

Congratulations again and good luck.

Wow, Those are incredible #s for basically no more than headers. The Vararam won't help sitting still, the cat backs are really more for sound, and the 4.10, while REALLY increasing performance, should have hurt the #s a little.
There are guys with cams and a few bolt ons making no more than that
