Default Painted DEPO Headlights

I finally took a few pictures of my painted DEPO headlights. Here are a few pictures of them. They were originally had a chrome finish. I didn't like the look on the car, so followed some of the tips other forum members on how to take them apart. It was a lot of work, but they look great. You can do a search for DEPO lights and find out how to do it yourself. For now, I'm just posting some pictures for everyone to see. I'll add some more later.
thanks,
john

Wow, I like em. Same color as my car so if I ever dig up some ambition I know what my car will look like ahead of time.

Good job, I'm planning on buying a set of the black ones for my black coupe, I'm still not crazy about the louvered look though.

A lot of guys paint the outside top of the lights to help them blend in, that's probably what I'll do to mine.

I actually painted them myself. If you do a search, you should be able to find a post on someone else's thread regarding the paint, clear coat and adhesive remover I used. You could just as easily take them to a body shop and have them paint them. Be sure to prep the surface you paint over so the paint has something to stick to.

thanks,
john
