1998 vs 2000 rim weight

Does anyone know the difference in weight from 1998 wagon wheels vs 2000 thin spokes? I got 98's and was wondering if its worth it to purchase a set of thin spokes for the track.

YES, its a huge difference. i dont know the exact #'s but i know its very dramatic
