Door sill cover things
I'm thinking of building my own, but i'm trying to decide what words to put on them. I cold go with the traditional "corvette" lettering, but i'd like some other ideas too
What words/symbols would you put on door sill protectors?

Since you've got a 007 theme going on your car, how about something to do with Bond movies?
BTW George, could've sworn I saw you post that you were done with mods on your car.

You're a musician. How about the notes of the beginning of the James Bond theme ... you know like sheet music.

I have them on mine (black with White CORVETTE letters) and ended up paining them as the white seems to get scuffed no matter how well you trate them.
Painted them solif black with heavy coats of Clear and they seem to be holding up better.
Make sure you put some kind of backing on the area that touches the paint (body on the Vette sill) as I got some paint wear and had to sand paint and clear two small area. Adding some thin rubber strips (one side sticky) and clean under them a lot more often.
Frankly I'd leave them plain.

You could answer some of the great Corvette questions:
"No, you can't drive!"
"No, I am not rich!"
"Yes, it is fast!"
"No, I am not having a mid-life crisis!"

I hadda take mine off. Rain water was leeching up under them and soaking the driver's side carpet. Checked everywhere for a leak - couldn't find one. Removed the plastic sill covers, and, WA-LA, no more wet spot. Mine fit really tight but, somehow, water runs under them, goes up to the lip on the sill, runs under that and soaks my carpet.
