I couldn't agree more about the steering wheel! about as boring as it gets.
I may be in the minority, but I like the C5 interior. I think the guages themselves look great. The steering wheel doesn't screem sports car I will admit, and while the rest of the dash is pretty generic GM from that period, but it is black and purposeful. I don't like aluminum panels, fake carbon fiber, etc. In fact, I like the C5 better than the C6. Am I the only one?

Thanks for all the posts, now I just need to dig into my buget and I'm looking to switch my DD right now so that's gonna take its tole on the pocket book. I'm looking at the Lexus GS430. Nice car to drive to work every day. I prefer to keep my vette clean and date ready for the wife and I
