Default Got new tires...

Ended up with TOYO T1-R's in stock size.

I wanted to go wider, but the guy at the shop advised against.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE

1.) Can power brake it a few hundred rpm higher
2.) Launch is 10x better, no spin even with 350 to the wheels.
3.) Much smoother ride.
4.) Doesn't get caught up in grooves in the road.
5.) Less road noise.

Only minor bad thing I've noticed is that hard turns feel a little more mushy than with the runcraps. Maybe this is do to the softer sidewall of the non-runflat tire.

Overall pretty happy!

I'll never put runflats on my car again!

I bought Toyo T1Rs for the front of my Z!!! I had the STOCK Goodyears on a 29k miles!!! They were so hard they slid everywhere!!! They had a good 4/32nds still left when I get them taken off!!! Best thing I could have done!!!

I have the same tires! They rock. Launching was greatly improved and they are quiet.

I'm also very pleased with my T1Rs I went with new wheels and Z06 sizes - with Z06 bars it's a totally diffeent car and it certainly doesn't feel mushy - crisp would be a better description. By the way, my gas mileage also improved; maybe because the wheels/tires are lighter.

Cost $950 mounted and balanced for all 4...also had them put the weights on the inner part of the rim. I hate them on the outside.

Don't know how good that is...but there aren't many TOYO dealers around and I didn't feel like driving far...this was a local shop.
