Need some help!
Does anyone have an underhood year (chrome ,mirror, polished or whatever) piece that is not currently on your car. If so I'm entertaining something a little different and have an aluminum blank, what I could really use some help with is the exact size or tracing of the insert. Looking at the hood from the drivers seat top right hand area, if noone understands I will search for a quick link. TIA Todd

A friend of mine bought a piece of "mirror" replacement from Wal-mart and cut it to fit that area. I think he said it was about 8"x15" and traced it on paper first then cut it to match. It came out great and was only about $8.00 to make.

Todd, are you refering to the upper right hand portion of the hood. If so I have one on my old hood in a boxx back in our shed. Give me a day or two and I'll pull it out and send it to ya for tracing...
