No such thing.
The quickest and initially the cheapest is Nitrous. Just depends on how often you fill the bottle.

I agree. Nothing is going to be "cheap" for these cars, but your next step is headers a cold air kit and a good tune.
By the way. You said cams. Do you have some sort of secret dohc engine that we're not aware of.

Install is easy enough. Just be financially prepared to rebuild when it goes BOOM.

easy to install, easy to maintain, expensive when it all go's boom.
You can have 2 of these three things:
Reliable
Cheap
HP
Cheap + HP = not reliable
Reliable + HP = not cheap
Cheap + reliable = no HP

NOS in moderation (100 HP shot or less) will not be a problem. Car drives normally till you hit the button-then ZOOM! ANything more than 100HP or so, you'll need some other tweeks (like bigger injectors and more fuel)

Go to the Kitchen Supply Store and buy a Whip Cream maker and a Box of No2 Charges. (Whipits) Next go to the Hardware Store and Get some Rubber Tubing.. Install the Rubber tubing from the Whip Cream Maker to your intake, Duct tape will hold it in place. Load up a Whip Cream Charge from the Cockpit, Only use when using Full Throttle.. Ohh and Hold on..
