Car bra installation Help (CoverCraft)
I purchased a Covercraft bra for AutoX and HPDE.
When I opened the box the installation guide had 1997 to 1998 Corvette. So I figured it should still fit on my 2003 Z06, since the body style hasn’t changed.
But when I try to fit the “U” shaped trim pieces on the inside fender. It won’t work, the fender lip is too thick for the "U" shpaed trim piece.
Am I installing it wrong?

I have a GM bra and they use two thicker felt pieces on each side plus two snaps.
The two felt pieces slip in between the fender wheel well liner and the body component. There should be just enough flex to get them started then pushed in.
I'm guessing these are similar to the u-shaped parts you are referring to.
