Problem with front turn signal bulbs
Another problem I've had in the past is that the bulb socket was not seated well in the housing. If that happens it can cause excess vibration and sometimes the heat from the bulb can start to melt the plastic housing. I had to replace one of my "clear" housings because of this.
Good luck with yours.

You can replace them (clear ones look better anyway) or you can fix them.
On my old lenses I had the same problem.
Remove them from the bottom.
Do a search for the thread. It' is quite straight forward.
When you get them out you will see that the heat of the bulb has caused the top of the lens to crack.
Seal with a good silicone sealent.
Prior to putting it back in, get a small mirror (dime store) and cut off a piece that will fit in through the socket hole and glue it in place where the top of the lens cracked. I used a dab of shoe goo (sneaker repair adhesive).
Once it sets put it back in place, don't forget the spring that holds it up.
There is a washer with like three rings on it that goes around the bulb socket. Make sure it is in place. If you don't have one see the dealer. Can't cost that much. but make sure it's there. (Want to keep moisture out.)
Lil trick here. Before you put the bulb in, slide a small pouch of dessicant into the lens with a drop of goop on it to hald it in place. It can't be seen from the outside. You can find them in medicine bottles from a pharmacy inside some drugs. They take up any condensation that may form inside the lens.
Put the bulb back in making sure that the snap ring is in place and button it all up.
I was burning out a bulb every month or so until I did this. Mirror reflects the heat away from the plastic and with no moisture in the lens the bulb works for a long time. Mine has lasted two and a half years since I did it.
