Can't say that I've seen that combo. However, I have seen plain stainless plates for sale, to which you could add any emblem you want.
That's probably what you'll have to do.
I did just that. I bought a plain rolled stainless exhaust plate from Mid America (I think? It's been a while..) Then added a front hood emblem which matched the emblems on the car. Came out nice.
I bought one at either Advance Auto or Auto Zone (can't remember which one) about 2 years ago. It was high polished stainless steel (looked just like chrome) with a large (about 6" across) raised (about 5/16") Chevy gold bowtie outlined with a chrome border. If you wanted to, it would be easy to color overlay blue over the gold section. As I remember, the price was $18.99.
