I bit the bullet , and bought a NXT step Catback .
Haven't gotten a chance to install it.. " Bad Weather" ... Any ways... Here are a couple of shots of the catback in the wrapping . I took with the good old iphone.
The box was kinda beat up... But everthing is in tact... The packaging and the buble wrap help everything stay in place and not get all banged up..
Well made catback with excellent welds, and the tips are second to none. ( ALA CORSA STYLE)
I'll post some shots after I install it this week hopefull.. Weather permitting.
Overall its great quality build.
I got the Granatelli system which exactly the same. They are great but get better clamps the ones they send are terrible. They are great sounding system
Im thinking of getting one of these real soon. With all the great comments from absolutely everyone (minus the clamps) I really can't justify spending twice as much on any other system. You guys made up my mind.
I got it through good old fleabay ... And it looks good?
Just type Corvette Exhaust on the search and voila!
I Just finished test fitting the exhaust on the vette and everything lines up pretty good, exept the hiddeous band clamps than don't do squat for keeping everything in place? Tomorrow , I'll head to local autozone and buy some bandclaps there , and see if I have better luck ..
Anyways, my preliminary testing ... Man the exhaust note is amazing.
Not raspy , not metallic sounding( Cutout), but a good howling sound.
( wolf sounding) Pefect...
Honestly ladies and gentlemen, I really can't get enough of how good the exhaust sounds... Kicks but ... No drone?
I'll post some pics of it installed?
I have the same things. Had them on for over a year now. I am happy with them. I had to have the left side re-bent though as the tips were always wanting to point up. Cost me a little more but they are straight now. Love the sound as well.
Before straightening....It was like this since installation..I just got really tired of looking at it and decided to get it fixed.
love em took about a week to get from nxt on ebay, i tried to use the clamps they came with whcih was a waste of time. i went to autoparts store and got generic 2 dollar clamps which worked great and the car sounds awesome
Finish installing the catback last night with the help of my bro!
Anyhow, the band clamps do are in desperate need of improvement... Even though you tighten them all the way, they still do not tighten the pipes enough to get them to stop moving. I'll be going to the local autoparts store and getting some new ones...
Weather wise,
Dolly is sure hitting us hard here in South Texas, so I'll have to wait to take a few pictures of the catback installed on the vette.

I just ordered mine today from Flebay, and I will keep you all informed when I get them and have them installed. I can't wait to get those stock ones off.
I have a 00 Dark Blue coupe, Intake, HID, Stereo, B&M Ripper, Nice detail job.
Next is Halo's
I love the sound of these. They can get pretty loud when the gas pedal goes down. Nice little rumble when idling. The neighbors even know when I'm getting it out. I don't have headers or a different X-pipe yet. Sorry, don't have any videos or anything of them either.
[QUOTE=2kredc5;1566427782]Like the way , your tips are nice and lined up..
How's the sound?

Finally finished installing the exhaust with the new clamps!!!
Went to the local advance autoparts store and got 6 of their 2.5 inch clamps for 2 bucks a piece , and returned home to install it this afternoon.
I finished in about an hour with my basic handtools.. Put the car on the good old rhino ramps, an open wrench and a ratchet and and some sockets. ( Took my time to get the tips nice and lined up)
I'll post some pics of the vette washed and ready for the road..
