I sold my Vette yesterday.* It's been a fairly short ride for me, but a fun one.I wanted to say "THANKS" to you guys.* I have not contributed much to this forum, but I've spent a lot of time here reading what others have had to say.* I have been a member of various other forums in recent years, but this one Has Been The Best.* I've found people here to be very civil and extremely helpful and willing to share their knowledge.* The information available here allows someone with a little machanical skill and the right tools to work on these very high tech machines themselves at considerable $ savings.* I've really been impressed with the caliber of people here and their eagerness to help others work through their problems.* I know it sounds corny, but this really is a Corvette Family / Brotherhood at it's best. Thanks again to all of you.* Though I don't have "THE" car anymore, I will continue to come back here regularly to keep up with what's going on.* Maybe there will be another car on another day at some point in the future.Best wishes to all of you.PGann
Just because you don't have a vette right now doesnt mean you cant come back. I don't have one right now. and lets face it, you will probably have another one but you are right about this forum, it is the best, I belong to a couple and this one is the best of the best.
Sorry to hear about the sale, but if you are like most of us, (and it sounds like it) you will have another vette. I kind of look at the Corvette Brotherhood as once a member always a member. You have had the pleasure and excitement of owning and driving the All American Sports Car. See you around.
