I am getting the service active handling come up every 100 to 200 miles and the only change i have made is to install new Michelin run flats on the rear and left the front the same as they were. My question is, will the difference in the size of the rear tires from old completely warn in center to new contribute to the active handling coming on frequently.
If the new and old tires are the same size, then no, that's not your trouble.
You need to check and post any codes to see what is causing the warning light. Here's a link if you don't know how. Make sure to write down and post all letters and numbers, i.e. "P0300 HC". Then we'll see what's going on. FYI, if you have never checked or cleared, them, you may have a bunch. https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=26&TopicID=1
Most of the time it is a bad ground. See the sticky about electrical cleaning etc.
I kept getting it all the time and found out that it was my right front sensor wire connector. Pulled it, cleaned it, waterproofed it and plugged it back in and all has been fine for a year so far. Good Luck
