I have an 03 Coupe with the F55 suspension. I added Z06 sways (front and rear). My car never was lowered. I tried to do it, but when I found there was little/no adjustment left on the left/front I gave up on the idea.

I lowered mine about 1.5 inches on the stock bolts, in an attempt to reduce the huge wheel well gap. I am going to upgrade the tire/wheel package, and at that time, I will go as far down as I can on the stock bolts.
