Default Splash guard info.

Just wanted to let every one know that I just put splash guards on my C5. I know, so what! The reason for this post is, these are slim design. You almost don't know they are there. I tried the molded, but I would have had to drill into the fiberglass. I guess this post is for the owners that care about drilling. I got them from Mid America Motor works. They only come in black. Part #638171. I sent 2 different sets back, but these are great. Hope this helps someone. Take care.

Let's see some pics. The Mid America site for that P/N says drilling required. You said you did not want to drill....What did you do?

Default More info.

Sorry guys, I'm not good at putting pictures on the forum. Go to www.mamotorworks.com and look at the splash guards. I gave you the part number. Also, I have the stone guards. They are great also. Part no. 607010. You use clips for these like the rear splash guards. You use the 2 screws in the fender well for the fronts.

I've been looking at those myself, I believe the "slim" design does not require drilling.

These are C6 ZO6 rears modified to fit my C5.
Double side tape worked good until I Autocrossed, then had to glue them on.

It's not that hard to find, here they are, click on this number 638-171 and you'll see the "slim" design Lou installed.

It's amazing how people jump in places they have no desire to be. I'm sure you'll call it "freedom of speech," I'll call it asinine.
