Here are a few shots of my 'Black Chrome Catch Can' I just installed and must say it is one awesome looking piece of work!!!.. ...
Chip @... http://www.customcorvetteaccessories.com/ ... has outdone himself again with this one...
The pics don't do it justice by any means...This is defiantly a show quality item...
If anyone is on the fence about this mod I would suggest going for it....not only a beautiful addition to the engine bay but functional as well....
You have to see this 'Black Chrome Finish' in person to really appreciate how great it looks... ...also is a very easy installation to boot!...
Jim,
That looks great!
Please share what camera you use.
Besides your obvious talent for taking pictures, they are always incredibly clear.
Wow, now that is a nice car show... ...Thanks for the link...
I remember someone posting pics of that show last year and how nice it was...
Unfortunately I'm scheduled to work that weekend but just might try to work something out since I have a couple months to work on it.
I got the link to open but couldn't get the show flyer to work for me...
Is there a cut-off date for registering or limitation on the number of cars?...

And...keep posting the great pics!!
Hey Pedro, thanks for the nice comments...
My camera is just basically a middle of the line point & shoot Canon S5/IS...I used my Canon Speedlite 580 EX II flash for a couple of the shots adding a diffuser attachment to soften the light..Also used an aux. light source below the Catch Can for one or two of them...
I also had my camera mounted on a tripod to insure clear/steady shots...
I might add that I took a couple hundred test shots before getting the final results... ...That black chrome finish is truly awesome... ...but is one of the hardest to capture on film/digital card that I've ran across lately... ...
Jim....the can looks great on your car and you did a awesome job installing it with the braided hoses. Could not help but notice the red silicone radiator and heater hoses. How long have you had them? How was the install and how are they holding up? Great shots!

Thanks Judson.... ....the red hose kit was installed at the shop that did my last engine rebuild....I've had them on over a couple years now with no problems at all....
From: Biloxi MS Theres something happenin' here, What it is ain't exactly clear.....
Yea, show has a cut off around 100 cars I think.
Might be a larger # this year. We were a sponsoring club but this year we just want to attend, visit, eat n drink, and talk about our cars.
I clicked the show flyer link and it downloaded a .doc file.
