popping out

I know it has been posted but now that it is happening what are the remedys to stop popping out of reverse and occasional grind.

Have you tried adjusting the shifter?

Agreed. Shifter alignment is always the first place to start. After that if its still doing it, then the tranny has problems.

I am dealing with the same thing. I hold the stick all the time to keep it in gear. I have had estimates to have the reverse redone in the trans anywhere from 1600 to 3500 (from a dealer). I hate this problem even though I can drive the car fine I hate having any problems so I am probably going to get it done soon.
