A4 with 3.42-traction issues???
for those of u guys with a4/3.42 combo...
can you hook from a stop? what tires you running?

Not an exact comparison, since I also have a Yank SS3200.
I have Michelen PilotSport runflats, and have issues. If I feather it, yes, but either flashing the stall or just romping on the pedal is a smokefest.
Also have headers and vararam, so putting out a little bit more power than stock.

I probably have near the same power as you do(337 rwhp342rwt),and I have 295 /35 pilot sports(not run flats) but the stock stall.
I will spin them every time without traction control on,but it handles it quite well with T/C on.

Hmm...this is what i was concerned about!
seems like hookin on the street is a prob, but ok on the track?

with a yank sy 3500 stall on 20 inch tires, I got a couple of 1.9 60 foots at the track, and on the street if you arent too aggresive on the throttle, you can launch very good without tire spin.

I am running the same tires, I can not just punch it, I have to go about 3/4 throttle into full to prevent tire spin.
