Ok guys. I have heard that the traffic is terrible on Saturday on the PA trnpke. I will be leaving from Pittsburgh around noon on Friday. How much Vette traffic does anyone think I will hit once I get in the area of the fairgrounds? I am staying at a hotel only 4 miles away so getting there on Saturday and beating the traffic will be no problem. I am just curious about Friday. My girlfriend can not get off work until about 11:00 on Friday morning. It is only 220 miles away so we should be "in the area" between 2:00 and 3:00. But I am looking forward to hitting the pike and seeing a lot of Vettes riding together.

the traffic prolly won't be backed up getting off the Pike at that time of day. Sat/Sun is a nightmare. We are leaving on Thurs morning and avoiding the traffic altogether. You should see alot of vettes on the pike the whole way from Pittsburgh. BTW my Corvette's previous owner was from your area, ever see a Pewter vert around town? I think the guys name was Anthony Orlando
