Waved to by a C6!
OK not unusual but I was at a four way stop when a gent in an Atomic Orange C6 gave me a big thumbs up and a wave.......while I was in my Superformance Shelby Cobra. And just to prove that Corvette's and Cobra's can get along here's a pic at a recent club event

Great-looking Cobra! Kit car? Which brand? What size engine do you have in it? Did you build it yourself or was it a turn-key? I'd love to have one, but don't know enough about all the different ones out there, and in my experience, a little knowledge is a very dangerous thing.

Awesome ride... I was visiting my parent's a few years back in Greensboro and took a ride down to Mt. Ulla, NC where Olthoff (sp?) racing used to be (not sure if they're still around). They were/are a Superformance builder/dealer. I got to go for a ride in a 427 car... it was a blast! I used to browse on www.ffcobra.com a bunch and build a kit in my head

I went to high school in Mt. Ulla, and that Hyperformance dealer is still in business on Highway 150 west near there. They even make a Ford GT40 replica now too, it looks really sharp.
