For everyone commenting about legality --- you can install and operate any kind of lighting "off-road" (i.e. parking lot, at a show, your driveway, etc.) I don't drive around with the lights flashing --- and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either. I hope that ends that....
To answer your Q Chip --- It's the Walen System. The wiring is the longest part of the install. I forgot what size hole maker I used ( I think 1/2"-3/4") then insert the bulbs and screw in the base. Only real concern was the bulbs touching one another, but a simple adjustment and test fit...no problems The control box was mounted on behind the bumper. Took about 3 hours total.

Old posting...but am curious if you made up a remote to change the sequences of flashings? A guy did once for my 2004 Z16 but since has passed away and have NO clue how he done that....
