This site has a Help forum on the main menu page. Scroll down towards the bottom. That's where this type of question has probably already been asked and answered. There's possibly many forums on this site that you were not aware of.
You can change settings by navigating through the "User CP" (in the red banner). Make sure you click on the box to enable your signature to appear.
