Cam (No Heads) or Headers?
I'm ready for my nexy mod. At first I was thinking of headers (LG). However, I've done some research and now I am thinking of installing a mild cam. I plan on doing both (I think), but not at the same time. Which would you do first?
By the way, it's a daily driver.

Headers first, then the cam
You can run headers w/o issue on the stock heads/cam. However a cam will be fairly choked on the stock manifolds.

I vote for camshaft, if it's not too MILD.

I have a bigger cam on stock heads/headers with no cats on a m12 frc. cam sure will sound good and come with the most hp out of others. expect to spend up to 2k from a vendor.

Definitely do the headers first. Start small and work your way up.

You'll also be much happier with the increased throttle response and sound. Then when you add a cam you'll gain 70 or so rwhp.

Headers first for sure.
$2,000 for a cam? WTF? Cams are about $380. Springs will be another $400. $150 for a timing chain, and $100 for an oil pump.

Definitely go with the headers before you go the cam-route.
