Quicksilver color ?

i can get a quicksilver top off of a 2002 i just couldnt find color combinations i have a silver 98 corvette is it really a quicksilver

now I THINK quicksilver is a Z06 only color....that could be TOTALLY wrong. i think you might be sebring silver. if thats all wrong i apologize...heres your free bump

98's I think have Sebring Silver which has less metallic specs compared to Quicksilver. But I could be wrong. But if you have Galaxy Silver -it is the same as QuickSilver. I can look up the paint code for you for Quicksilver when I get home from work. It should be on the glove compartment I think. Not on the door like some cars or manufacturers.

It is very true that quicksilver is galaxy silver. It took me days to figure it out.

...and your '98 should be Sebring Silver...my '01 is QuickSilver (Galaxy Silver Metallic)...close but not identical to Sebring Silver...good luck with your search.

Sebring Silver and Quicksilver definately ARE different shades of silver.

I discovered this too, when I was looking for a front license cover for my '01.

I've seen this before on other GM cars as well. The color name listed in the sales brochure, is often different from the color name on the touch-up paint.

My daughter's '01 Cavalier has the same confusing issue.
