I have waited a long time to complete my dream of owning a Corvette. I finally had the ability and wife's understanding to buy one. However, money was still an issue. Just wanted to see if I got a good value. It is a 99', one owner, auto, 10,000 original miles, Z51, Etc. for $22,500. Good Deal?/Bad Deal? Thoughts

I think the value that you paid is fair but it is your dream car so if you paid
1-2 K more or less it really doesn't make a difference if you are going to keep the car for 3-4 years.
Congrats on your Vette and keep smiling...and waving
A little on the high side, but those low miles are a very nice plus. As others have said, enjoy the dream. A few bucks either way shouldn't take that smile off your face.

What everybody else said. You have a lot of beautiful roads to drive that puppy around on up there. I love that area. Enjoy it and welcome to the club.
I figure that when you buy any used car, you are buying the available miles it will go till something really, really bad happens; i.e., something that costs more to fix than you are willing to pay or more than the car is worth. So I have always been willing to pay a premium price for low miles. I see no problem with your purchase. Welcome to the wonderful world of Corvettes!

Even if you overpaid - so what? You have the car and the deal is done. Now just go out and enjoy your dream car.
When I bought my car 5 years ago - I over paid a little, but I have never regretted my purchase for one millisecond. It was the best decision I ever made - the car has brought me and my wife so much pleasure, we've met some of the best people we've ever met, and my wife and I have had experiences that will last a lifetime through ownership of this car. Never look back - get your wife involved and you'll find that you'll enjoy that car more than you ever imagined!
