Run a 19/20in setup on my 01 Z? I talked to a rep at toyo he told me in order to run anything on the car other than factory rims have to run a 21in rim in rear to be correct for sus setup....for the car the ride smooth and like it should...

Several members have 19/20 set ups. The important thing is that your overall diameter of the front wheel/tire combo does not exceed the overall diameter of the rear wheel/tire combo. The height/overall diameter is as much a function of tire choice as wheel diameter.
The issue isn't suspension related, it is electronic stability control related ie traction control.
I have 19" rims on all 4 corners and the car rides/handles better to me than it did with factory tires/rims.
