CCA and Chip
I just wanted to let everyone know what a stand up guy Chip and CCA is. I ordered a set of the Stainless Steel inserts which showed up only two days later, and placed them on this weekend.
Well...I made a mistake during installation, and got one of the "E"'s middle pieces flipped backwards. I also did not really like the way I placed the letter R either as the point was a little raised.
I took pics, and contacted Chip asking to buy some more letters. he told me not to worry, and that he would send them out for free. I then asked him to let me pay the shipping charges, and he told me not to worry and that he had it covered.
You don't see that type of customer service a lot these days. From now on, if I need to purchase anything for my car, he will be the first guy I check with.

Always good to hear things like that. I can attest for Chip that he is certainly one of the best out there for quality of product AND customer service.....
