Visor mirror replacement
]My wife got a little over exuberant with the visor mirror and it came off the visor. The dealer informs me that the visor and benzel must be replaced at a parts cost of $140. Has any one experienced this, or better found a better fix. Note looks like you need a special tool to remove the visor.

I bought new one a few weeks back for I think about $105.00 from a Forum GM dealer. No special tool, just a screwdriver and a twist of the visor. You'll find the instructions in SEARCH. It's toooo easy.

Had to run out to the garage to find his name. It's Gene Culley at 610-862-0550, GM Parts Warehouse, "www.gmpartshouse.com". It was $115.20 delivered.
