Good choice! Let us know if you have questions or need advice with install. Take your time and it is not bad. Spend extra time on safely securing and jacking car if no lift.

Nick at AR is a great guy, he will have no problem giving you the best advice on how to install those headers! Great choice on the header selection and the color of your Z06!

I have also been reading about other brands including Kooks and LG. Melrose are not SS but ceramic coated. Any advantage. I want them to last and not rust out as on other cars I've had. Melrose say they fit with no more ground clearance than stock. I like that.
Has anyone out there installed their own. I'm a good mechanic and can do about anything but headers somtimes can be a pain but would save me some money.
Any advice would be helpful
Just another di*k trying to make his house, car and insurance payment. Freakin shops these days....

one thing that is often overlooked is shops are going to recommend what products that they are a distributor for (lowest cost for them)it is a business no profit no business top shops get the BEST products to distribute... manufacturers want the best shops to sell there wares because they move more product = more profits for both and reputations grow for both more volume the greater the discount .
Just ask a shop to install a product they don't distribute its going to cost you more they get no volume discount .
