Default Lowering Bolts

I'm long overdue for a stupid question.

Where do you raise/lower the car from? I need to raise my up up a tad. I'm as low as a lawn mower.

there are 2 bolts on the front out on the leaf spring near the shock turn them counterclockwise and make the bolt shorter from the top view. out back there are 2 longer bolts at the end of the leaf springs again tighten them up and it will make you higher

No,

Just referenced the "how to" to show you where the lowering bolts were

http://www.customcorvetteaccessories...weringkit.html

I just jacked up the front, did those, let it down, jacked up the back and did those...

Peace
Chip

OOO, One last thing. Do you know how many full turns it would take to rise .5 inch? This would be very helpful.

Default You may have to adjust it more than once to get the look you want.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Guys? Doesn't the suspension need to adjust to the change??

I just lowered mine on the stock bolts. When we were finished, I swore I would have to lower it more. But after a day or 2 she settled down and is exactly where I want her.

Thats true with a base suspension car, a Z51 or Z06 won't settle as much.

If you are that low the fronts may have been cut in which case they need to be replaced. C5 bolts aren't serviced as a separate piece so you need to buy the ones for sale cor C6s.
