The headline should read 2001! I tried to change it but it would not let me, sorry for the mistake.
Hi, I am thinking about buying a C5 Vert and have found a 2001 Vert, 350/350hp, automatic for 28995 with 36659 miles that intrest me. Is that price high? Does this car require premium fuel? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 64Corvette

That price seems a lil high! I bought my 04 Very for 32,000 w/ 13,000 miles. The prices have dropped since last Feb, I always run the good stuff in the tank though. Good Luck

I bought my '01 mag red 6-speed with all options for $27 over a year ago. Private owner.... If you're with a dealer and get a warranty, it's worth something as things do go wrong with low mileage cars.... I had to repair some tranny and rear end leaks after a few monthf of regular driving...
I researched in July for C-5's. I believe that you should be paying in the low 20's. I paid 19K for a 98', 39,700 miles, with a Borla exhaust, garage kept. Yes, they require premium and they do get great mpg!
