Default the "ZEX" spark plugs
have anyone used them? are they good as they say they are? im thinkin of tryin them.

Go for it. Do a base line dyno run before installing and then an after, please post both.

be leery of miracle products that screw into sparkplug holes or pour into crankcases.

A spark plug's only function is to create a spark in order to light the air/fuel mixture in the cylinder. As long as you are running the OEM plug with the recommended gap, then you are fine (assuming you have a good tune.)
