New to the Z06 section and have a question in reference to aligning a c-5 hood.
The hood, fender and lights align well except for the right front hood corner. It sets below the light and fender. I have tried to adjust the hood using the two hood mounting bolts with no luck. Is there any tricks to raising the right front corner of the hood with out causing miss alignment to other areas of the hood.
My suggestion as I had the left side near the light a bit low. Adjust the hood bump stops on that side a little at a time to get it to sit right. Just fair warning you can adjust them too much and the hood will not close completely with the latch to the side you adjust.
you can adjust the hood latch assembly on the fender itself. know what I'm talking about? where the hood latches into... it has slotted holes that allow for some adjustment. 10mm bolts.

I tried to adjust the hood using these two bolts with no luck. I was wondering if you loosened these bolts and left just a minor amount of friction, then adjust the hood stop for correct alignment, and then re-tighten the hood mounting bolts.
