Strip them down and pain them yourself. Seriously, it's not that hard. Strip off old paint, spray on couple of coats of primer, spray on a couple of coats of high heat paint and maybe some clear. It's not rocket science and you'll have fun doing it.

For powdercoating, he's the one.You can also paint them yourself - I did mine using Folia Tec caliper paint and they still looked good after 6+ years (sold the car).
