MP3 Input Jack
Has anyone installed an input jack for their MP3 while using a stock radio?

Yes!
I have a cassette deck and use the cassette adapter that has a 1/8" plug on the end.
I use it for XM radio but can also plug in my mp3 player

Do you have a CD Changer in the back?
If you don't, someone makes an adapter to plug into the back of the stock head unit to accept the smaller input jack from an MP3 player.
If you do, and want to retain it, you can do this mod -
Click the thumbnail below for the big diagram.
I think there is lots more information in the audio / electronics section and some very knowledgeable folks that can help you out with any questions.
Best of luck.

Keep in mind that using the ipod2car or aux2car interfaces will cost you the use of your CD Changer......if that matters to you.
Also if you go that route, get the correct interface cable, the Peripheral PXHGM4 harness . If you use the other one you will have to run a cable all the way from your front dash to the rear CD changer......no need to do so with the Peripheral PXHGM4 harness
