Your car looks to be in great shape with low miles.
I also think you have a tasteful set of mods.
Having said that though, you have an old car, and there are plenty to choose from, economy stinks, etc. If I were in the market, I would want an 02 or newer.
20 ish is what I would say.
There is only one way to find out for sure. Post it higher and see what happens.

You didn't say why the miles are so low.
IMHO- If you bought it new and have not been putting miles on it for its resale value, you've lost the game.
The market is really soft and you need to find a buyer that really wants it just the way it is. Thats much harder than it sounds.
Drive it and use it up.

Great looking car . There are several on CF for sale section right now in the teens with higher miles. They are not bringing any money now with new C6 for less than 40k out the door

There is often a difference between what a car is worth, and what someone will pay for it. I don't know your local market, but I would guess that someone here might pay a little over 20K for your car, but it will take a while, and C5 prices are not on the rise. I bought my 99 two years ago for $19 with slightly more miles (30K). Mods will probably not help your cause unless your buyer is looking for exactally what you have.
If I were you I'd keep it and drive the wheels off that beast! Either way good luck.
