While at Carlisle with my 2002 Corvette Z06 I encountered then infamous "Service Column Lock". Well nothing seemed to help, I was 6 hours away from home, with a car that wouldn't move. Remembering that some of the top tuners were at the show I decided to see if they could help. I walked up to the Vette Doctors location and Carmen said he could help. He walked up hill, with his equipment and tuned out whatever was needed to get the car drivable (since the column was not locked). No more then five minutes later my car was drivable !!! Carmen would not take any compensation for his work and just needed a drive back to his tent. TOP NOTCH GUY
After a night of sleep my Z06 no longer has the Service Column Lock issue so I can make it home safe.
Seeing how quick he was to help showed me allot about the Vette Doctors, THEY ROCK
Thats great they helped you out. Im new to the vette community and ive been seeing alot of these posts. I think I will be ordering one of the CLBs next week!!!

Defiantly worth it, unless you like to run around like this I was SCREWED if it wasn't fixed. I will also be ordering mine this week, I never thought this could happen to me. OHHH Boy was I wrong
so what did he do to your PCM if you don't mind telling us...?
Honestly I would tell you if the knew the details. Sounds like he tuned out the fuel cutout ? I really don't know, maybe he can jump in once he gets back to NY and let us know.
