There are threads on this shifter....
I had stock then B and M ripper then MGW and still have the other two, but it is a large improvement...any more info wanted just pm me.....
stock no noise long throw...B and M I had noise....

Excellent Shifter top ranked on numerous cars. Installation is very easy and they include an instructional installation DVD if you are not mechanically apt. Throws are very short and direct. Like others have said there is a lot of info on that shifter on here try searchnig.
