Hi guys,
A friend of mine has found this coupe in Germany :
The question he has about it is simple : is it a unique paint or did GM issue a special edition like this one?
If it is an original GM edition, is it a paint job or a decal job? (my friend hasn't seen the car yet)

I believe that is either the 1999 or the 2000 LeMans 24 Hour Pace Car livery.
I have seen blue and red versions of he Pace/Safety Car - never a yeloow version.

It looks like it is the 2002 IRL Pace Car - looks to be the smae design as the LeMans PAce car, just on a Coupe instead of an FRC.
