If you are going to go with a stock replacement, Fichtner or Gene Culley. But why would you just replace the back and not the base as well. Believe me - they wear out too.
The best - go Vette Essentials for the foam and REAL 100% leather for the whole seat, not just the seating surface.

The bottom is certainly worn too and I may replace it as well.

Or you could just buy my C6 seats. 
they will mount right up to the C5 rails and wont cost you 2k.... Just PM me. I already have one interested party but nothing firm as of yet.

1k for the pair (minus rails). 3LT seats with heated and airbags. If someone such as yourself wants to re-do the center (back) in a gray or another color I could help them out by having DSV do it. He did my doors and many other items in the photo (forum vendor). I am unsure the cost but would help the buyer out.

If you want something a little different I have a set of 2 year old Al Knoch Sport Seat Covers with the Z06 Logo embroidered on the seat back. Everything is in excellent shape. $725 for all 6 pieces of the seat covers and 6 foam pieces. Here are some pictures showing them mounted on my seats:
