Got a used 2002 C5 that has 22k miles on it. Recently I started noticing that the driver side door plastic (towards the side that opens) seems to be vibrating a bit. Any ideas on what might be loose?
Had the same problem when I bought mine. Turned out to be the plastic retainers that hold the door panel in place. I was missing over half of them I went to the stealership and picked up a sack full of them for like $10 and fixed both doors Just be sure when you are prying your door panel off that you pry between the retainer and the door or you'll end up breaking the part on the panel that actually holds the retainers in place, which looks like what happened to the previous owner of my car. They sell a tool specifically for this at any auto parts store. Hope this helps!
Oh and welcome to the forum!
