wheel decision?

ive noticed that my rear tires are balding which is fine because i want new wheels anyway. My question is what size of wheel overall is the best for a 99 frc? I found black z06 rims 17x9.5 and 18x10.5 is that stock size or bigger? i kind of want 19s in back and 18s in front but its hard to find 19 inch z06 rims maybe someone can change the wheels i want in black?

I'd keep the stock sizes on it.

The 17x9.5 and 18x10.5 is the factory ZO6 wheel size and should fit on your car no problem.

Many inexpensive wheels will be quite a bit heavier than stock wheels. Some have even noticed a performance difference. You can get stock C5 wheels which have been polished and/or chromed. I would stay with these or buy good wheels.

i dont want polished or chrome i want the black z06s from corvette guys those ok?

The sizes you mention are stock sizes for the Z06, not the FRC, but they will fit just fine. IMO, those sizes look just fine on the C5.

I am biased but I think the C5 looks a ton better 1" bigger front and back over stock. There are a ton of "show your wheels" threads that will give you great ideas. I was thinking about 19/19 but man I am glad I didn't.
