You can also get the GMPP Performance spark plug wires (Red in color) from gmpartshouse.com. Other than that, not much else you need to do other than maybe change fluids as required.
I did mine two weeks ago. I only had a single swivel on plug socket, I would buy the double swivel. Put never sieze on new plugs, because the old one are in tight. You could use a small pipe to put over scocket wrench for leverage, I used a box wrench. The hardest one is last one on drivers side, broke a cheap 6" extension on that one. Maybe a stiff rubber gas hose to fit plug to help start the plugs. Getting the last one on drivers side was a bitch, the plug was falling down on swivle and no room for my hands to get in in right hole. The only time I said bad words to my car, and every at GM person that designed it. Power brake booster and eveything else in the way. My hands and arms are almost healed by now. I did have one plug wire come loose a week later, it was third one on drivers side. Hard to push on the plugs, the coil side is easy. Hope this helps, it would of helped me. And in two weeks you forget about the pain.

THANKS ALOT BUDDY I WAS LOOKING AT THAT BACK ONE THE OTHER NIGHT..
I'm partial to Taylor Thundervolt wires and AC 41-985 Iridium plugs. A regular 5/8 plug socket, a 1" extension, a 3" extension, and a 3/8 drive swivel head ratchet will get the job done. Separate the rubber AIR hoses and vacuum supply hose from the brake booster and number 7 plug is much easier to remove. Don't forget the dielectric lube inside the boots and a light coat of anti-seize on the threads. Have fun
Thanks guys, I have a appointment with the tuner on the 19th hopeing for 700rwhp. It has been alot of work and I did all the interior and the tear down and rebuild on my own. So I am really excited to see what a difference the cam and heads and nitros are going to make. Ill keep everyone posted. Jason
